My stay at this hotel was quite underwhelming. While it is conveniently located near Chinatown with plenty of eateries around, the hotel itself felt more like a budget option than a four-star experience. The breakfast spread was decent, but the lack of amenities and overall service left much to be desired. I wouldn't recommend spending extra for a harbor view room since the view isn't all that impressive.

Rooms
5.0
The room was small and not very clean, with some mold visible. The noise from the adjoining bathroom wall made it hard for my mom to get a good night's rest.
Service
5.0
While the staff was pleasant, they often responded to requests with 'We don’t provide that, please buy your own.' It felt quite impersonal.
Location
7.0
The hotel is in a decent area, just a short walk to Chinatown and local markets. It was certainly convenient for exploring the surroundings.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast had a good variety, which was a pleasant surprise. However, dining options outside of that were limited.
Facilities
5.0
The on-site 7-Eleven was a convenient touch, but overall the hotel felt lacking in facilities.

5.2/10

This hotel falls short of its 4-star claim. While the breakfast options are decent, the lack of room service and amenities in the room detracts from the experience. The location near Chinatown is a convenience, but the room view is not worth the extra cost. Overall, I would rate it more like a 2.5 star rather than a true 4 star.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms had two single beds that could not be pushed together, contributing to an odd design that gave a burlesque feel. The windows were hazy, making the harbor view less appealing.
Service
5.0
The service was quite limited, with a standard response of 'We don’t provide, please buy your own' for most requests. Communication with the staff was sometimes difficult due to their limited English.
Location
6.0
The hotel is reasonably located close to Chinatown and within walking distance of many eateries and local markets.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast had a good spread, which was a nice surprise, though it seemed to be a way to compensate for the lack of other dining options.
Facilities
5.0
The 7 Eleven within the hotel was a convenient feature, but overall the hotel lacks many amenities you'd expect.

My stay at the hotel wasn't quite what I expected. While the breakfast was impressive with a good variety, the lack of basic room amenities and room service was disappointing. The location was decent, with plenty of eateries nearby, but the view from the room was not worth the extra cost. Overall, I would rate my experience closer to 2.5 stars than the advertised 4 stars.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were small and the window view was hazy, making it difficult to appreciate the advertised harbor view.
Service
5.0
Service was quite unhelpful, with staff providing stock responses to requests and not offering essential amenities.
Location
7.0
The hotel is close to Chinatown and local markets, making it easy to find places to eat.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast had a decent spread, which is one of the better aspects of the hotel.
Facilities

Aside from the convenience store on-site, the hotel lacked many facilities that one might expect.

5.6/10

I stayed at this hotel expecting a solid four-star experience, but it didn't quite hit the mark. The proximity to Chinatown was a plus, and the breakfast spread was decent, but the lack of basic amenities and services really let it down. Overall, I would rate it closer to a 2.5-star experience than a 4-star one.

Rooms
5.0
The room was smaller than I anticipated, especially compared to a recent stay in Myeongdong which cost about the same. The hazy windows didn’t help the experience, so I wouldn't recommend splurging on a harbour view room.
Service
5.0
The service was disappointing as there was no room service and the responses to requests were very unhelpful. I felt like I had to fend for myself during my stay.
Location
7.0
On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located near Chinatown, making it easy to explore local markets and eateries. It’s quite accessible for those wanting to dive into the local food scene.
Dining
8.0
The breakfast menu was quite good with a decent variety, which was one of the highlights of my stay.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were really lacking; there were no standout amenities and I felt the hotel was missing that touch that comes with a higher-end experience.

I found the hotel to be a bit underwhelming for a so-called 4-star. While the breakfast was decent with a good spread, the lack of room service and amenities made my stay feel less luxurious. On the bright side, having a 7 Eleven on the premises was a welcome convenience, and the location was quite good for exploring nearby Chinatown and local eateries.

Rooms
5.0
The room was okay but had its flaws, such as dirty windows that obscured the harbor view. I was disappointed that there were no amenities provided in the room.
Service
6.0
Service was a mixed bag. While they were somewhat helpful when checking me in and providing brief directions, it was frustrating not to have room service available when I wanted it.
Location
7.0
The location is pretty good, just a short walk to Chinatown and the local market, which was a highlight of my stay. However, it’s a bit far from the airport if you need to catch a flight.
Dining
7.0
The breakfast options were quite good, but it did feel a bit repetitive after a few days. They offered both Korean and continental options which was nice.
Facilities
5.0
In terms of facilities, I was disappointed with the lack of amenities provided. The hotel could definitely improve in this area to match its star rating.
